This model guarantees safe and comfortable travel for four with its second row of seats, extra sleeping area in the cockpit, and a spacious garage capable of accommodating a four-passenger car measuring up to 4 meters long (like the Mini 5 or 3-door, Audi A1 allstreet, Mazda MX 5, or Fiat 500).
Living area and slide-outs
Our model accomodates a cca 30 m2, comfortable home with a lounge, a kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. The two Slide-Outs in the lounge expand the space by 50-70 cm sideways.
Chassis and technicals
Built on a Mercedes Benz Actros Gigaspace chassis with all the extras, our model has dimensions of 12m length, 4m height, and 2.5m width. The storages in the technical area provide enough space for all necessary operating systems like the generator, heating system, and lithium batteries.

The large garage is capable of accomodating cars up to 4 meters in length, and features an openable back wall, a sliding platform for car intake, and a patented bedroom floor moving system as well.
Exterior
Refinement and loose elegance. We achieved a unique and refined exterior design by using top-quality paints, developing a 9.5 m long aluminum panel, and concealing all protruding parts, hinges, handles, and windows. As a trademark, Dembell’s red stripes run along the sides of the motorhome.
Garage
We not only provide enough space in the garage for a car up to 4 meters in length, but – uniquely to the market - we have also made sure that the bedroom above it remains comfortable. This has been made possible by our patented bedroom floor moving system that works as follows: the car is pulled into the garage using an electric sliding platform, while a hydraulic system raises the bedroom floor.
Interior
A yacht like design and premium materials. Working with an Italian studio that specializes in yacht interiors, we created a sophisticated nautical atmosphere using only premium materials such as marble, steel, crystal, leather, and wood. The design features highly sophisticated and timeless shapes and colors that withstand passing trends. This large garage model comes in a luxurious Petrol-green interior color and features only top-of-the-line equipment from brands such as Miele, Elica, Liebherr or Antonio Luppi.
The floorplan
Our unique bedroom floor moving system ensures that when the garage is empty, the floor is completely flat without any uncomfortable steps or elevated levels. This provides an internal height of 2.1 meters, similar to that of a studio apartment. The floor plan is cleverly designed to create an open and spacious living area that maximizes space and adaptability for ultimate convenience.
Each room contains special technical surprises, such as:
an adjustable coffee/dining table in the lounge
an electrically opening wardrobes in the bedroom
a surprisingly spacious shower cabinet in the bathroom, that can be opened and closed
a tap that can be recessed into the kitchen counter
User-friendly engineering
We carefully design our motorhomes with both engineering and user needs in mind, resulting in innovative and unique features that set us apart from other luxury motorhome providers. Here are some examples of our clever and daring designs and technical innovations:
smart electrical system: for multiple power sources, including external connectors, 5 lithium batteries, a generator, and 6 solar panels on the roof.
water tank: one of the largest on the market, with a 1000-liter capacity, as well as 460-liter grey and 400-liter black water tanks.
electric awning system: with an automatic wind sensor and LED lighting.
hybrid boiler: runs on both diesel and electricity, and maintains a constant temperature of 5°C during winterization.
central heating system: features three zones, including automatic underfloor heating, radiator heating, air heating, and even surface-heated windows.
white, polished wall surfaces and large windows made from original glass: to provide a bright and spacious atmosphere.
